Murrysville, Pa. – The Hammerheads completed a perfect 12-0 season taking the championship last Wednesday. Given that it was our first season at this dek and our current roster comprises of many +40 year old players we decided to try the Over 30 League. Truth be told our skill level and experience along with a small league gave us a big advantage. But we saw some good competition and enjoyed our first season. Great work team!

Spring '11 Tough Loss in Finals Game 3 OT

PENN HILLS, Pa. – The Hammerheads had one of their best regular seasons with an 11-1 record, and a great run to the finals. Unfortunately they came up one goal short, losing 5-4 in OT of Game 3 of the finals.

PENN HILLS, Pa. – After falling 0-4 in Game 1, it looked like the Hammerheads would miss out on glory again. However they rebounded last weekend with an impressive 7-2 win on Friday, and a nail biting Game 3 finale on Sunday holding on to win 2-1.

PENN HILLS, Pa. – While falling short in the final series, it was another great season for the Hammerheads who went into the playoffs as the #3 seed. New team members Jeff Lake, Dave Isaacs, Mike Miller and Fran Boyle were welcome additions to the roster and factored into a successful season.
